Bedroom with private bathroom and toilet ($330/wk) comes with designated parking. Water bill is included. You’ll be splitting electricity and internet bill with the other tenant.
For Couples; Rent will be an extra $20 weekly ($350/week).
Ample of visitors parking around the complex. There's more parking just outside the Golf course.
Both bedrooms comes with a lock, built in wardrobes, queen beds and mattresses. The living area is equipped with a couch, TV and sound system.
The kitchen comes with an induction cooker, cooking pots, utensils, fridge freezer, microwave and a dishwasher.
The laundry comes with a washing machine and dryer combo.
